Do you have a favorite teacher?
Yes, absolutely. My favorite teacher is my head teacher when I was in junior three. Before she became the head teacher of my class, my grades were about average and I barely had no any confidence. But she helped me build up my confidence and became one of the top students in my school.
In your opinion, what makes a good teacher?
Well the first thing would be patience, no matter how good or bad the students perform. For me, being given encouragement and validation are so important that how well a teacher can teach seems not that crucial.
Do you want to work as a teacher in the future?
According to what I’ve just said, my answer would be no. I know that I’m not patient enough, on the contrary, I’m irritable. I’m afraid that if I were a teacher, I would not be able to give positive feedbacks to my students all the time.
Have you ever had a bad teacher?
Luckily, I’ve never met a teacher who is “bad”. Some of my teachers might not be so kind, or cannot teach very well, though. But they try their best to work well and help their students to do better from their hearts. I’m grateful to all of my teachers.
