What’s your favorite way to relax?
I like listening to music when I finish some hard and tough assignments. The melody of music can help me forget my tiredness, turning my mind into blank to relax my body and restore energy. Sometimes, I might fall asleep unconsciously with music in my ears.
Do you have enough time to relax?
Most of the time, my time for relaxing is enough. But when I encounter some special situations, such as the coming final exams or deadlines, I might keep my body working for a long time to finish the work with less time to relax. After pulling through this situation, there are always two or three days to relax.
Do you think it’s important to relax?
Yes, I think it is very important. The body functions better with full energy provided. When the work or study consumes energy, the body will run slowly in receiving and reacting to messages. The time of relaxing is to help the body gain energy again to maintain the high efficiency of the body.
