For example, dragon-boat racing and eating Zongzi. When I was very young, I was told that the tradition is in memory of the famous ancient patriotic poet Qu Yuan who lived in Chu Dynasty. It is said that Qu Yuan drowned himself in a river to prove his innocence and his loyalty to his country. Later people threw Zongzi into the river to keep the fish from eating his corpse. The story actually has many versions, however. But it is indeed passed down from generation to generation, mainly by your teachers or your parents. Besides, dragon-boat racing is also very interesting and exciting. How grand the boat racing is when you see so many dragon-shaped boats are flying on the river!

Well, I think the book I want to read again is Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone. It was my favorite book. I first read the book when I was in middle school. A friend of mine bought it from the bookstore and she strongly recommended me to read it. At first I was not very interested because she said it was a book about magic and I thought magic means nonsense. However, when I finally picked up the book, I found that I could not put it down anymore. I was greatly attracted by the book. The book was the first one of the Harry Potter series. It talked about how Harry found out he was admitted by a magic school named by Hogwarts. He met his best friends on the train to the school. They had quite an adventure in the school. The plot of the book was very interesting and I kept wondering what happened next.
The reason I want to read the book again is because I am under great pressure these days and I think the book can make me relax. I like the sunny days in late spring and early autumn. I don’t like sunny days in summer or winter because in summer, it is usually too hot and in winter, the sun still could not compensate for the cold. So it is perfect to have a sunny day in the late spring and early autumn when the temperature will not be too low or too high. Usually I will go outdoors in such weather. The landscape is quite agreeable. There are many different kinds of plants and flowers flourishing along the roadsides. It is delightful to walk on the road to enjoy the beautiful sights. Besides that, I can do all kinds of sports in those sunny days. I can play badminton or tennis, go hiking, jogging or running. I don’t need to wear too many clothes or be afraid of get sunburned, so it’s convenient and cool to do whatever I want. Sometimes I just don’t want to do any work in sunny days, so I will grab a book or some snacks, find myself a seat in the garden and stay there all day.
Weather can greatly affect my mood. I feel energetic and optimistic during these sunny days in the two seasons. It’s just like that the sun has provided me with great energy.
