雅思口语话题极限运动
I first knew about this extreme sport on TV. It's a reality show where celebrities were invited to try this sport. From that day on, I was just fascinated by it.
But I didn't get the chance to do it until 2 years ago when I took a trip to Dalian, a coastal city in the northeast of China.
When we were taking pictures along the beach, we saw a place that provides bungee jumping service. There were people jumping down from the platform, screaming and crying.
And some of us got so thrilled and signed up for it. Although I had been looking forward to it for a long time, I got cold feet the minute I saw my friend touch the surface of the water after he jumped down, which was so scary.
So I didn't go up there at all. And now it has become my biggest regret. They all told me, it was the best experience they've ever had.
They all enjoyed the free fall, I was told, it feels awesome, at that moment, you were just like a bird. And it's a good opportunity to challenge yourself and push yourself to the limit. And after you've done it, you would feel there's absolutely nothing you can't do.
So next time, if I got the opportunity to try it, I wouldn't miss it for the world.
