Well, if I had enough time, and money of course, I would definitely go to take a baking class, the kind of class that teaches students how to bake bread and make cakes. When I was little, I always liked to watch my mom prepare all kinds of food for me. I would wait expectantly, full of joy. It seemed like magic to me that a lump of dough would finally become delicious bread and pastries. I was deeply attracted to this kind of magic. Till today, I like to spend time in the kitchen and try to cook some dishes.
But I am not quite good at it. Somehow, I always mess things up. Last time I tried to make a cake, the cake was overbaked and it tasted like a hard stone. I felt sorry for all the ingredients I wasted. So I determined to take a baking class when possible. Generally a baking class comprises of no more than 10 people at the same time. A teacher will be there to lead the students to do all the work. If I have any questions, I can just shoot them and get satisfying answers. What’s more, I can take everything I make home. I think it would be fun to be with people who share the same interest with me.
