Well, I would like to talk about the first time I rode a horse. Last year, my friend Emma invited me to come visit her farm. It was a family owned farm and it was open to guests. They can have meals there and take part in various recreational activities like badminton, tennis, etc. We had a good time there. After lunch Emma asked me if I would like to ride a horse. At first I was hesitant. I never rode a horse before and I was worried that I would fall off the horse and got hurt. Emma promised me that the horses there were all tame and friendly and I would definitely fall in love with the activity. I was persuaded.
When we got to the horse ranch, Emma helped me to put on some protective devices like a helmet and a pair of gloves. She helped me to get on the horse. I was so nervous that my hands were shaking. Emma held the rope of the horse and led the horse to walk forward. Gradually I felt relaxed and began to enjoy the feeling of riding a horse. Seeing this, Emma left me alone in the horse ranch and went to fetch water. The horse gradually began to trot. I was nearly scared to death and I didn’t know how to make it slow down. Luckily Emma came back and rescued me. I felt that I would never ride a horse again.
