A park that I’ve been to was The jeju folk park. The Jejufolk park is located on the jeju island which is a big island belongingto Korea. It’s quite convenient to go there from China, only two hours away byplane. The Jejufolk park has preserved the Jeju village from the 1890s. The village isright next to the ocean and there’re even old fashioned fishing boats ondisplay. In the village, there are many huts and little courtyards that reflectthe Jejuculture. Most of the huts are made of stone and wood. These buildings are over100 years old and it’s quite amazing that they are still livable. The layout ofthe whole park reflects the fact that the people of Jejuisland live off of the sea. When I was there, I got a first hand look at thelife of the Jejupeople and I even experienced making a fishing rod by myself. I think it’salways nice to experience new cultures and I really enjoy this place.
