1. How many hours do you sleep every day?
It depends, in weekdays I sleep mostly 6-7 hours becauseI need to get up early and be in the class before my teacher comes in, and Inever get enough sleep in weekdays which makes me spend most of the timeyawning in the class, in weekends I could sleep for about 10 hours and usuallywake up for a brunch and practically have a life.
2. Is it necessary to sleep enough?
Definitely, getting enough amount of sleep is the coreof every high efficiency work, plus many health problems that can develop from a chronic lackof proper sleep. Though not necessarily life threatening, these health problemscan have a distinct negative effect on your overall quality of life.
3. Is taking a nap important?
For people who already have a habit of taking a nap it isvery necessary, since they need to recover and refresh their body from exhaustingwork or study pressure for those who don’t like taking a nap in the middle ofthe day or in the evening, it is not a must to form one. I never take naps onlybecause I cant get up in a short time and feel alter again.
4. Do old people sleep a lot?
I am not sure, the majority of elderly people alwaysget up very early and visit the morning market for the fresh vegetables orfruits and they enjoy walking their dogs as well. Plus, they go to bed ratherearly around 10pm, so, I think they have got regular sleeping time.
5. Do you think staying up late is a goodthing?
Personally, I think it is a brilliant activity to do, forsome people they like to do some work or study at night for the quiet environmenthelp them to create and concentrate. I am one of them; I always burn themid-night oil for some reading and writing, however, staying up late regularlymay bring negative effect to health.
