Well, I’d like to introduce you a really amazing app called ”Spring rain pedometer”. My friend introduced it to me since she used it for a while and found it very useful. She becomes fitter and is always full of energy.
To be honest, I was very lazy and really not a fan for any kind of sports. I’d prefer sitting in front of my computer and playing games. However, with this APP I could pay attention to how many steps I’ve taken constantly in a single day and how many steps I need to continue to achieve the goal of healthy life. My friends also are fans of this app and we would share our records with others. I stopped playing games gradually; my eyesight and my spinal column have benefited so much from the walking. Many people say now I have a healthy complexion instead of a pale sick look. Moreover, my time surfing the Internet and buying those useless things is now becoming the time when I talk with people from my neighborhood and exchange friendly small chat. Now I feel my life is greater and I really enjoy it.

Do you think modern equipment saves people time?
A : I think when talking about saving time, modern equipment can be described as a two-way sword. On one hand, it does save us a lot of time with multi-functions. Such as we could book flight tickets with our mobile phone now; on the other hand, we are wasting too much time on modern equipment, chatting; sharing selfies and playing games. So it’s hard to say yes or no to this question it really depends on individuals.
