Well, as far as I am concerned, there is no doubt that the government should spend money on health care. First, health is the foundation of human existence. Therefore, spending money on health care is beneficial for everyone including babies, youngsters and elders. Secondly, it is almost impossible for one person to contribute to certain areas related to health care. for example, building hospitals and researching and developing new drugs for cancers can’t be finished by commoners considering of insufficient capital and safety issues. Thus, governments are responsible and capable to improve health levels of the whole society.

解题思路：按照观点+两个理由的套路进行，哪个观点方便说、能说得多就用哪个。
正：1.提升孩子的竞争意识，倒逼孩子提升能力与野心 2.高回报
反：1.孩子可能会受不了这样的环境，压力太大适得其反 2.一旦失败，前面的努力几乎白费，比如运动员只有极少的顶尖人才才能成功，其它都是常人。

Well, in my opinion, parents shouldn’t discourage their children to join competitive careers such as sports and jobs related to entertainment. For one thing, children under pressure can make progress quickly and their abilities and their ambition will be improved no matter if they win or lose in the competitions. In addition, once the children succeed in these fields, the rewards are extremely high. The winners or in other words, the celebrities, will receive great amount of money by making performances or participating in professional competitions, not to mention being spokesmen for brands.
