讲真，一开始让我写教师节特辑，我的内心是拒绝的。你说我一个理工科出身的男生，怎么就当起了英语老师?which充分说明人的成就虽然取决于个人的选择和奋斗，命运的进程也是很重要滴。
Anyway，作为一个男生，我觉得理想的女老师(shen)应该是这样的：

剧情梗概：
麻省理工学院的数学教授蓝波在席上公布了一道困难的数学题，却被年轻的清洁工威尔解了出来。可是威尔却是个问题少年，成天和好朋友查克等人四处闲逛，打架滋事。当蓝波找到这个天才的时候，。蓝波向法官求情保释，才使他免于牢狱之灾。
蓝波为了让威尔找到自己的人生目标，不浪费他的数学天赋，请了很多心理学专家为威尔做辅导，但是威尔十分抗拒，专家们都束手无策。
无计可施之下，蓝波求助于他大学的好友，心理学教授肖恩(罗宾·威廉姆斯 饰)，希望能够帮助威尔打开心房。 经过蓝波和肖恩的不懈努力，威尔渐渐敞开心胸，而好友查克的一席话，更是让他豁然开朗。
问题少年will的问题，正如《无耻之徒》中lip的问题：贫民街区的生长环境、支离破碎的家庭和童年生活，让他们在精神上和物质上失去太多，哪怕天才如will，都只好缩在自己的defense mechanism中，对待所有事和所有人都和游戏一样，因为这样就不会在失去了之后难过伤心。Will的聪颖，使他能轻易辩倒哈佛的学生;他又是倔强的，绝不肯暴露给他人或者自己一点点关于生活的期待。他是个键盘侠，不过是键盘侠的最强形态。

Unless, you wanna talk about you…who you are. Then I 'm fascinated. I'm in. But you don't want to do that, do you? You're terrified of what you might say.

关于教授肖恩Sean：
老教(si)授(ji) Sean经历丰富，早年当兵打仗的经历给了他强壮的身体和健身习惯，大学的经历让他认识到自己天赋出众;Sean是痴情的，他娶了自己十分满意的妻子，然而妻子患癌去世对他打击较大，无心发展事业寻觅新的爱情; Sean更是务必睿智的，他认识到了让聪明人信服自己的办法就是正面刚，不留余地，让对方感到自己被看穿。
于是他敏锐指出了will说自己与世无争什么不在乎是在撒谎，内心里还是不安现状的，因为他选了哈佛的走廊去打扫卫生; Sean也是平常人，在学生will身上看到了自己退缩、消极的人生态度，不得不说是It takes one to know one.
Sean告诉我们，作为老师，一定要提高自己的姿势水平，除了instill，还有instruct，除了当instructor，还可以当mentor去不知不觉地输出自己的价值观。教育绝不是让孩子自由发挥，更不是manipulate，而是guidance并且让孩子自然而然接受。
