(1)A great way to start a new business is franchising, which means that when there is already a well known, established company, and you open up a new branch of the company in a new location. So the new business will be a part of the large, established company with the same name.
(2)First, the advantage of franchising is training. So you do not have to come up with a new business plan. For example, if you want to open a new pizza restaurant, the company will teach you everything about how to run it.
(3)Another advantage is the established customer base. Because you have the same restaurant name, you will already have loyal customers following. For example, you are opening a pizza restaurant, and the company’s pizza is already well known. So when you open the restaurant in a new location, people will think yours is as delicious as well.
