In my view, a good leader should have different characteristics.
First, a good leader should be influential. By instilling (灌输)values and morals into the team,he can organize it and motivate people to do their task.
Another important characteristic of a good leader is efficiency. An efficient leader is more of a people gatherer. He should lead his team on the basis of people’s strengths to fill in the gaps(取长补短) and accomplish a purpose.
Most of all, a good leader should be persistent cause the key to success is endurance, being a non-quitter.
