Being quiet - because home is the place to relax our nerves and enjoy peace with families—so the apartment should not be around CBD where there are crowded traffic and a high flow of people which would be noisy. Convenient - because in a capital city like Beijing ,taking public transportation is more efficient than driving private cars—so living in a block where you can walk to the bus stop or supermarket within 10 minutes would be admirable. Although the rent/price is higher, it’s worthwhile.
