Go to university in your own hometown or a new city?
As for me, I really prefer to go to university in a new city for the following reasons.
To begin with, going to university in a new city enables me to get involved into the new culture and customs, which can enlarge my knowledge and widen my views.
Furthermore, it isa good way to make new friends from different backgrounds and places, so my social circle will be enlarged and my interpersonal skills will be improved, which is helpful in my future life to get better along with others.
More importantly,it is really beneficial for me to develop the independence ability, because I have to deal with everything by myself without any care from parents, which can launch a solid foundation for my further development. So that is why I think going to university in a new city will be a better choice.
