Some students would choose to study a subject because it brings plenty of job opportunities. Instead, others would choose to study a subject which really interests them, although it probably doesn't sell well in the job market. Which opinion do you agree with? Explain why.

1) The aim of education is to get prepared for the future. After all, everyone needs a job to survive. Therefore, it makes much sense to choose a subject because of job opportunities.
2) Finding a good job is a strong incentive for students to learn the subject well.

1) Really having interest in something is the prerequisite for studying it well.
2) Earning money is not the only purpose of life. Doing the things that you are really interested in will make everyday more enjoyable and meaningful.
