1) Offices are places specially for work to be done. This kind of environment encourages people to focus more on their work and do things more efficiently.
2) In offices, you work together with your colleagues. So when you encounter problems, you can discuss them with the colleagues.

1) Working at home makes it more flexible to arrange the working schedule. I can choose to work during the time when I'm more productive no matter it is daytime or midnight.
2) Home is a more comfortable place to stay. I don't have to wear tight suits or uncomfortable high heels to work. I work more efficiently when I feel more comfortable.
