【内容】 A letter from a student suggesting to set up a lounge inside the Humanity building. So that students can have a place to study nearby, and also a place to get together and discuss questions.

【2个原因】(1)they can save some time going to the library (10 minutes to go there and 10 minutes back), and do something useful in half an hour. (2) they can have a place to gather together and discuss. For example, he had a class about Hamlet last time, it was very difficult. His classmates and he hadn’t finished their discussion about Hamlet when the class was over. So they wanted to find a place and keep on talking. But the outside was really cold.

【1个例子】科学家做了一个实验，研究一种vervet who search food together and share with each other. 当它们遇到leopard时，它们会大叫让每个同伴都听到，然后逃跑躲起来。但有一次科学家观察到一群monkey找到了food准备要吃了，一只猴子突然叫了起来，其他所有同伴都逃跑了躲在树后面，但leopard并没有出现。过了一会儿它们出来后，才发现那只叫的猴子sit alone and eat all the food.

【2个例子】教授举了她朋友的painting service公司的例子，用了两种方法让客人知道他们的刷墙技术很好。1. 让以前的顾客写评价，他们评价说弄得很漂亮、速度很快什么的，来吸引顾客。2. 在工作室挂上before and after的picture作对比，向大家展示效果好。
