Question: Explain why Henry Darger is considered as an outsider artist.

2、答题要领：
(1)Briefly state the main idea of the reading passage.
(2)Concentrating on the lecture given by the professor. When orally summarizing the lecture, test takers are supposed to include the main points and some key examples as well.
3、阅读材料要点：
(1) Outsider Art is made by artists who live outside society. They work separately and usually have received little traditional art training by teachers.
(2) Since they invent their own ways of creating art work, their work may look strange and different from conventional pieces of art.
4、听力材料要点：
(1)the professor gives an example of an outsider artist, Henry Darger. He lived alone , had no friends and spent all his time creating paintings and drawings which went unnoticed during his lifetime.His art work was very unique and didn't seem to remind people of anything existent.
(2)One piece of art is about a story of seven children's adventure. He cut out children's images out of newspapers and pasted them on the tress, grasses and so on. Because Darger's paintings were full of details and all the space was fully occupied, Darger's paintings are very long. Like that one, it was 9-feet long.

(3) In the lecture, the professor...不但要包括主要的观点而且最重要的是要包括教授举出的例子。
