Question:
The woman expresses her opinion about the university's plan. Briefly summarize the plan. Then state her opinion and explain the reasons she gives for holding that opinion.
1、题目关键词：explain why, the woman
2、答题要领：
(1)state the woman's opinion about the plan.
(2)explain the reasons for her opinion.
3、阅读材料要点：
(1) the university will hold two graduation ceremonies instead of one.Half of the graduates attend the first one and the other half will take part in another ceremony.
(2) the first reason is the number of students is growing and the ceremony is usually prolonged.
(3) the second reason is that the hall where the ceremony is held is too small for so many students.
4、听力材料要点：
(1)not a good idea and the two reasons in the plan can't make sense.
(2)As to the first one, the woman thinks the real reason for the lengthy ceremony lies in so many speeches given by different parties. cut down some of the speeches.
(3)As to the space thing, the real reason for a overcrowded hall is that students are allowed to bring too many guests. Reducing the number of guests graduates bring will solve the problem.
