3、阅读材料要点：

(2) staff members from administration won't have time to do that. And the current students can offer their unique and valuable perspectives to the visitors.
4、听力材料要点：
(1)great idea. Staff members are indeed very busy with all sorts of stuff ranging from paper work to interviews. So she believes what the university is saying about the time factor.
(2)another reason is that current students can answer some really practical questions asked by the visitors like which dormitory is the noisiest and which one is the quietest.
5、模板：
