2、答题要领：
(1)clearly state the man's opinion of proposal in the newspaper
(2)summarize the reasons for his opinion.
3、阅读材料要点：
(1) the situation in the health center is terrible. You have to wait so long for a 3-minute treatment by an overworked doctor.
(2) One suggestion is to hire more doctors.
(3) The second suggestion is to open the health center during weekends.
4、听力材料要点：
(1)not going to solve the problem.
(2)the health center is tiny. more space is needed
(3)a lot of students are not even on campus during weekends. As a result, not so much demand for doctors during weekends.
5、模板：
