I think this change will do a lot of good to students, such as more energy, better skin, improved sleep, etc. As students spend most of their time at their desk studying, there are not many opportunities to take part in sports. Therefore, it's easy for fat to accumulate in the body. Cutting down on the high-calorie food consumed can reduce the risk of putting on weight. However, when it is winter, only eating low-calorie food is not a good idea because students may need a lot of high-calorie food in order to maintain daily body functioning and keep warm. More healthy food sometimes also means less tasty food and I think fewer students would ever go to the shcool dining hall as a result.
