Personally speaking, I like to be leader. First, because I like to make decisions. I remember when I was little, I was the leader of several kids. I made all the decisions like where and what to play and how to play it. Second, I think what the world needs is not followers but leaders. I firmly believe leader can change the world. Personally speaking, I prefer to be a follower. First because, It is easier to be a follower. You see, a follower just needs to do whatthey are told. Like if I am an employee, I just need to follow orders issued by my supervisor without making decisions myself. Second, it is totally risk-free to be a follower because leaders are going to be responsible for whatevcer happens. To be a follower means free of responsible. Finally, due to my own experience, I don’t think I can be any sort of leader. I remember I used to be a supervisor in the marketing department of a company. I really think that’s not my cup of tea. I can be really comfortable with being a follower.
