The diagram demonstrates the process of making potato chips.
At the very beginning stage, people have to check the quality of potato and put qualified potato into a washer to clean it. After that, such potatoes will be put into a peeler for peeling and starching and then sent to the slicer mixing with cold rinse water to make the shape of chips. Next step is converting them to a deep fryer with air to dry them. After frying, they will be added some salter gradually and equally with flat belt conveyor move in a uniform motion. Then it accesses the second procedure, using bag packer to distinguish the qualified potato and abandon the rest. Eventually, passing through the bulk con filler, potato chips are done.
To sum up, to make potato chips, the manufacturing process includes six stages: examining, washing, peeling and starching, slicing, frying and salting ,as well as packaging
