考官范文： charts show how much UK school spent different running costs three separate years: 1981, 1991 all three years, greatest expenditure staff salaries. while other workers’ salaries saw fall from 28% only 15% 2001,teachers’ pay remained biggest cost, reaching 50% total spending 2001.Expenditure bookshad increased 1991 before decreasing only 9% equipment saw opposite trend. cost decreased only 5% total expenditure rose dramatically 2001 when represented 23% school budget.
