It is normally believed that teachers should occupy certain abilities to help children. Usually people think about giving advice about planning for future or recognizing students that need help. As for me, what ranks the top is helping students achieve the capability to study by themselves.
To begin with, the study time students have at school is limited, so they need to make use of the time outside school. While most student will not spend that time on learning on their own, then teachers’ encourage will play a very important role. As teachers has ask them to do certain task during the spare time, they will keep that in mind and put it on top priority when distracted by some video games or plays. If students learn efficiently both at school and outside school, they will gain more knowledge.
And next when children start to learn at spare time, they will think how to get the knowledge efficiently and fast. Then during school time they learn more carefully to get the method their teacher told besides the curriculum. The children will focus on is what all the teachers said positively which is all we want. When they understand the outline and main point of teacher and form their own scheme, students get the strategy naturally.
At last, keeping learning is the most important skill for people to live in the world, so teachers should pay attention to it. When students leave school and involve into the society, they should develop themselves continually. Nowadays, young people usually communicate with wechat or pay by taobao, if we don not understand it or could not use it, we are out of date. Therefore, people need to get the ability to keep learn. However, if we do not start to learn outside school at student time, we can not achieve the ability to keep learning.

It a student wears expensive clothes, others students or even the teacher will probably treat him better than a student that wears cheap clothes. That is unfair for the students in a poor economic situation. And these students will be self-abased at school and distract their attention from their study. Meanwhile, those rich students may become less diligent because even if they don’t work hard, their classmates and teachers still treat them well. Then it is necessary to require students to wear uniforms at school.
Secondly, some workplaces require workers to wear protective clothing for safety reasons. When it comes to the construction profession, workers work in such dangerous situations that a piece of building material falling down from the high building may cause a serious injury to the workers. In order to protect them, the workers should wear protective uniforms so that they can focus on doing their jobs without worrying about their safety.
Thirdly, wearing the same type of clothing creates a sense of being in a larger group, being together and having something in common. For example, for engineering students, it is usually the case that the professor will bring students to the laboratory to demonstrate how the theories in books could be transformed into real circuit schematics. Likewise, professors in filming could use softwares, such as Final Cut, iMovies, or so, to direct students how to combine several static pictures into one moving video. Thanks to these teaching facilities, there is a higher chance that students could be impressed by the real demonstrations of experiments or softwares, luring them to act themselves. On the contrary, famous professors might be leading experts in academics, but that does not necessarily ensure that their opinions could be fully delivered to students, which plays little roles for students' s learning.
Additionally, improvement in facilities could enrich students' campus life. In other words, facilities like gymnasiums, libraries or even food courts could be a complement to academic life. By going to gymnasiums after classes, students are eligible to weightlifting, playing squash, climbing and even basketball, dragging them out of study loads. By going to libraries, students could not only find reference books for their class, but, more importantly, they could browse books outside their major according to individual's interests, such as Jane Austen and Sherlock Holmes. By going to the food court during classes, students are offered by various gourmet food, especially, Spaghetti, Sushi and fried rice, providing students with a healthy and exciting lifestyle.
To sum up, due to the reasons I list above, I would regard that upgrading university facilities deserves more more focus than hiring famous professors.
