　　We all work or will work in our jobs with many different kinds of people, in your opinion ,what are some important characteristics of a co-worker (someone you work closely with)?Use reasons and specific example to explain why these characteristics are important.

　　We spend more time with our co-workers during a week than we do with our families. Thus, it is important for our co-workers to be people we can get along with. I’ve worked in a lot of offices, and I've found there are certain characteristics that all good co-workers have in common.

　　本文的语言使用非常优美，长难句比较多，而且词汇也用的地道而高深。这里不是要求大家都通篇使用长难句，而是说我们遣词造句的功底可以通过适当的长句子，和夹杂的比较高深的词汇显示出来，并用多变的句式让考官读的津津有味

　　1. I’ve worked in a lot of offices, and I've found there are certain characteristics that all good co-workers have in common.

　　此句中，certain不是我们通常接触的“确定”的意思，而是“某些，一些”的意思，相当于some。动词短语have sth in common的意思是“有...共同点”，have可以用share替换。

　　2. A good co-worker is willing to change his/her schedule to accommodate unforeseen situations and has no problem with new procedures, welcoming changes when they come.

　　此句中出现了两个高级词汇“accommodate”和“unforeseen”。固定搭配Accommodate sth with sth通过做某事对某种变动做出调整，类似的用法还有“adjust，change”。通常在托福作文中，涉及到leader，manager，teacher等人物形象时，accommodate可以用来形容他们随机应变的能力。

　　3. She doesn't keep track of how often she has to finish another's work or take on extra work.

　　本句中，动词词组keep track of的意思是“记住，跟随”，类似的用法还有“remember, memorize”，可以成为这两个单词的高级替代。How引导宾语从句，做动词短语keep track of 的宾语。
