People work because they need money to live. What are some other reasons that people work? Discuss one or more of these reasons. Use specific examples and details to support your answer.
Although jobs provide money to people and help them to live, money is not the main reason people stay in their jobs. People also work because they enjoy working, they receive satisfaction from a job well done, and they like the sense of accomplishment that comes with exertion and effort.

Many people keep the same job because their job brings them satisfaction and gives meaning to their lives and their efforts. These people are fortunate because they genuinely enjoy what they do. This is true for many teachers. Although a teacher’s pay is not very high, the job satisfaction and the sense of doing meaningful work far surpass many jobs with higher salaries. Helping someone, especially a child, learn is one of the noblest things anyone can do.

一、 语言表达
本文语句通顺，用词准确。而且长短句结合，使文章看来错落有致，很有可读性。而且用了不少口语中的短语和固定搭配，比如for the sake of等，娓娓道来，显得更加亲切自然。
1. People also work because they enjoy working, they receive satisfaction from a job well done, and they like the sense of accomplishment that comes with exertion and effort.这句话是个在复合句中加上了三个并列句的用法，在其中最后一个并列句后面又加上了定语从句that comes with exertion and effort修饰accomplishment，所以句子为长难句。
2. Most people work for the sake of work.这句话for the sake 意为为了什么样的缘由，这句话就是说明有些人为了工作而工作，这也是一种社会现象。在这句话翻译的比较地道的就是“看在…面子上”。
3. Although a teacher’s pay is not very high, the job satisfaction and the sense of doing meaningful work far surpass many jobs with higher salaries. 这句话是个让步转折的逻辑关系。亮点在主句中的far surpass意为远远超过，这里就比单薄的比较句要更加丰满也较有高度。
4. Helping someone, especially a child, learn is one of the noblest things anyone can do.这句话的主干是Helping someone learn is one of the noblest things anyone can do. 中间插入了especially a child，所以显得分隔以至于不容易读懂其中意思。但同时这样的写法也有好处，比如在句子的节奏感上就要占优势很多。

6. I believe that people work because they enjoy working and that they find their work personally fulfilling. 这句话是个宾语从句中嵌套原因状语从句并列的写法，在手法上没有特别新颖之处，但值得强调的是，其中的宾补部分personally fulfilling是让人感到充实的意思，这种表达非常直观，因为personally代表性格上的，或者我们可以理解为内在的，而fulfilling是充满的意思，内在上保持着饱满的感觉，那就是活得充实的意思。
二、 逻辑结构
