Some students prefer to study alone. Others prefer to study with a group of students. Either of the two ways has its own advantages, but I am in favor of independent study.
One advantage of independent study is that students have the flexibility to arrange their own schedules. Some students prefer to study in the morning, while others prefer to study at night. They will perform better at times when they feel comfortable. Students differ from each other in their styles of study, too. For example, some concentrate on studying for a long time; others, however, need diversification from time to time. In this case, only independent study is practical. Another reason for independent study is that puzzles and problems are sometimes helpful to practice our comprehension. We can learn more about a topic if we dwell on it for some time. This is not a waste of time, but a reflection on what we have learned. We will miss an opportunity to think more about something if we easily turn to others.
Different to independent study, group study enables students to discuss some topics. If we study in groups, we can gain a broader perspective. This is particularly true when we are facing challenges. In a discussion, what we said may be enlightening to others, and in return, we will find sparkles from others. It is, however, natural for us to encounter difficulties during study. We study not only in order to gain knowledge, but also to learn how to solve problems. Our ability to tackle difficulties and other abilities are developed through the learning process. Although we can sometimes ask for help and advice from others, we cannot always rely on them. Only when we have the ability ourselves, can we face more challenges in the future.
Both ways of study are superior in some respects and inferior in others. It depends on what a student needs. If he needs flexibility and independent thinking, then the first way is better. If he emphasizes brainstorming, the latter is better. As for me, I value independent thinking and am in favor of studying alone. It is especially necessary when[plans or studying.

二、逻辑结构
本文是严密的总分总结构，首先是正面论述观点，陈述理由，然后再从对方的角度深入，看似让步的背后暗藏着有力的反驳。最后非常中肯地表达了看法，但仍然坚持自己立场。全文体现了作者的辩证性思维，从两个对立面出发，罗列理由，再逐个剖析，最后总结概括，甚至不失风度地表明对其他分歧的尊重，但依然坚持自己的观点和立场。通篇显得作者的思维角度相当灵活，不落入通篇批判或全面赞扬的俗套，想必能为考官带来耳目一新之感。
