It is not that difficult for me to grasp this skill. Actually it took me only one hour to learn. Compared with my peers, especially girls, my study efficiency was quite high. After graduation, I plan to further my study overseas, which means I not only have to leave my hometown, but even leave my motherland for certain periods of time. It was in my sophomore year that I began to think seriously about setting daily plans and writing daily summaries. At that time I was just confusing what I had learned in the past academic year. It seemed that although I got excellent scores in the examinations, I still did not know what I had obtained. Therefore I began to think if I list what I have obtained everyday and make plans for the next day, I would live a more meaningful college life.
As a Gemini, I am the one who always change ideas and lack consistency. So in order to persist on that plan, I bought an exquisite yet expensive notebook to write down my daily summary and diary. I didn’t tell this idea to anyone, for I was afraid that I could not keep this habit long. However, I did kept writing daily summaries and making daily plans for almost three years until I graduated from the university. Compared with the situations in my freshman year, I had developed a matured sense of time and more organized. I no longer confused about what should I do in the morning and wasted the whole day just idling away. By setting plans in advance, I would have a clear idea about what should I do and by making summaries at night, I would be clearly aware of what I had achieved in the daytime and what I had failed to accomplish thus making modifications next day. That’s the reason why I was so pleased with the notebook I bought. The beautiful and vintage designing of its cover also constituted the reason why I could persist in writing, whose designing concept originated from my favorite fairy tale named Alice in Wonderland. Up until now, I still kept this notebook.

Do you think online shopping will replace shopping in reality?

There is no denying that the online shopping has become increasingly prosperous in China, not only among teenagers and young adults, but even among the middle-aged and even senior citizens. The most outstanding benefits of online shopping is that it has broken down the limits of time and space, enabling people to conduct purchasing at almost anywhere they want. Shopping in reality, however, is hard to be replaced up at least within a certain period of time in the future, since it can provide the genuine shopping experience and better after services, which guarantee the quality of goods and reduce troubles of returning commodities.
2.Describe a public place you like to visit in your city.

The shop I usually visit is not a common grocery or convenience store that runs 24 hours, but a beauty salon that locates no more than 100 metres away from my apartment. Actually the whole street in front of my community is famous for the enormous amount of beauty salons on each side of the road, which will definitely be a tough issue for people troubled with choice phobia disorder and I was once one of them.
It was not until the day I first entered this salon that my stereotyped opinion toward this industry was completely reversed. Contrary to other shops which emphasize too much on the promotion of membership card and other luxury shampoo brands, this beauty salon welcomes guests with only soft music and warm smiles.
Barbers would listen to your requirements and give their professional suggestions without forcing you to listen to them or cutting your hairs without permission. Since the main source of customers of those beauty salons is young female adults, senior citizens might encounter indifference in most occasions, except this one, which my parents and other senior citizens in my community also constitute a huge part of consumers. Last but not least, as a Gemini, I am indeed fond of changing my hairstyle and the manicure frequently so as to match my sudden inspirations and mood. Because of the justifiable charges for hair cutting and other relative expenses, this beauty salon would always be my first option.

What measures should be taken to deal with noise in public places?

First and foremost, a set of moral values should be better and further cultivated among the public, which emphasizes both the harms of noises and respects people should harbor toward others. Under efficient teaching, a wider range of the public can better control themselves and behave well in public places. What is more, if noises are emitted by some constructing plants, it is necessary to confine the time of construction within certain periods so that the routine life of citizens will not be greatly influenced or interrupted.
3.Describe a time that weather changed your plan.

In order to celebrate that I got my master’s degree, I went on the graduation journey with my friend in January this year. We planned to come to Xiamen by train in order to enjoy the scenery during the whole trip. However, when we found that it would take more than 24 hours, we quickly abandoned that plan and purchased an airline ticket. After 5 hours flight, we arrived the Xiamen Airport safely.
In order to fully release my excitement of getting my thesis passed and enjoy the beautiful scenery as well as the delicious snacks in Xiamen, my friend and I prepared pretty much. I brought beautiful clothes and she brought digital SLR camera, hoping to take gorgeous pictures and leaving wonderful memories in Xiamen. However, during the last two days of that trip, since it was in winter, the weather was humid and even started to rain all day, which totally broke our plan of photo shooting at the seaside. Actually we had already chosen the perfect shooting site and figured out what kind of poses we could have. As a result, all of our wishes for the return of sunny days came in vain. In order to sweep away disappointments, we had nothing to do except immersing ourselves in enjoying delicious local food in various restaurants.

In the past, the way people got weather reports was fixed. Weather forecast broadcast by the TV programs and radio stations was the only method for people to learn about the climate change. But now, with the assistance of smart phones and the prevalence of networks, people can check weather reports at any time as long as they have access to the WIFI.
