It would be better to build a local history museum from my point of view.
Firstly, in order to attract more visitors to boost the local economy, the government needs to seek for more opportunities in exploitation. A museum of local history would be a reasonable starting point. The museum would not only appeal to kids interested in history and culture, also will it contribute to the development of local cultural industries。 In both hands, it will be a rational choice.

2. Some people prefer to spend extra money on goods, like clothes or electronics. Others prefer to spend money on experiences, such as vacations or concerts. Which one do you prefer and why?

I would prefer spending money on electronics, like computers, headphones and mobile phones. The reason is kind of simple as follow.
Firstly, I have to say that I am a geek. These newly coming electronic devices have always fascinated me a lot. For the new iPhone7, I was longing for it since the start of the rumors. Speaking of headphones, I bought 3 sets of headphone varies in brand and features. One of my favorites is the Bose AE2W model. It comparatively light to beats studio wireless and with dark color. The benefits of its light weighted feature are that I would not feel uncomfortable when I am running for a long time or workout in a gym. As what I said above, Electronics are really something that I would spend money on.
