More importantly, individual teacher will pay more attention to every student in the class, which turns out that every teacher will take better care of students in the small class. As a result, students in small classes will enjoy better teaching quality. So I have to say that small classes are much better.

What we all know is the employment status becoming increasingly serious these years. Most of young people are facing the matter that whether they should take a secure job with relatively low payment, or a risky job with high payment. Some elders hold the view that it is better for youngsters to have a stable job, even if it is not kind of decent. But I partially agree with that since people in different age process may have different choices about occupation.
When it comes to a group of people who have to own a secure job to ensure their ability to support families, choosing a stable job with not that high income is a wise choice. The example I want to illustrate is businessmen desperate in the economy crisis. It was common to read from newspapers that time that a businessman who lost his asset because of the financial downturn chose to commit suicide. What a devastating news to his families! As a man working in the Wall Street, he must have a quite decent payment and an illustrious appearance in front of the publics. But high payment also means high risks, just like the businessman mentioned above due to bankruptcy and heavy work pressure decided to end his life; when a person makes a decision that pursuing the high incomes, he needs to prepare to confront the risk of losing job. However, if you are a government officer, you do not need to worry about that you will be unemployed tomorrow for your job promised and secure which means you possess more time to company families and to develop your own hobbies in leisure time which is unimaginable for a busy businessman no mention most of them having complex family conflicts resulted from too busy work. Therefore, for people who have families and focus on the harmony in family, a sedentary job is a suitable option.
But, as my attitude presented in the first part of the essay, stable jobs are not always the best for everyone for most of steadfast jobs are dead-end jobs. Young people with enthusiasm and ambitions won't accept a secure job without any challenges. Moreover, the young stand on the beginning of life, a large part of them without enough deposit to open their own enterprise, thus they call for money as preparation for buying house, raising children, getting married as well as starting business. They are young and have the foundation, superiority on age, to chase high-paid jobs. It sounds reasonable for them to make this choice, venturing to get a job with high payment but easy to lose.
In conclusion, either choosing a secure job but with low payment or a high risky job but easy to lose is plausible. More important thing people should perceive when they opt jobs is the process of their life and target of their career.
