ask1 - What kind of activity do you think will help children to take responsibility?
Sample Response:
I think doing housework will help children develop a sense of responsibility. Well first I think it's plausible in every family, parents don't need to think of special ways to educate their kids. And by doing little things such as washing dishes, taking out trash, kids would know every deed has an outcome, and an organized and clean environment won't be possible without effort. During this process, kids get the practical skills they need, and also get the access to understand and truly respect the love parents give to them and the whole family. And only when people have basic responsibility for their families, can they take responsibilities for other things.
Task2 - What will you choose when you move from a place to another, to wear a headset or to go in silence?
Sample Response:
I prefer to go places with my headset on. It is quite an easy choice for me because I'm a music lover. Whenever I'm allowed to, I'm listening to Rock, Blues and trying my best to follow every singer and newly release albums. I'm just into that. Besides, my school is quite far from where I live, I have to commute for a long time in an unfavorable environment everyday. But with my headset on, I get to relax, stay calm and block out all the noise. Busy traffic or large crowds don't bother me even a bit.
Task3
学生写信建议学校提供租赁自行车。对话中男生同意，首先，教学楼之间常距离较远， 在没有自行车的情况下很多学生选择开车，从而造成交通堵塞;其次，男生学习很忙，他没时间do exercise, 而骑自行车是很好的健身方式。
Task4
文章主旨是Eco-type，这是植物具备的一种适应能力(adaptation)。有一种植物在含金属的土壤中难以生存，但它的后代在恶劣环境中渐渐进化了。假如把该植物全新的种子放在含铜(copper)的土壤环境中，它能够生存。而进化前的该植物不具备这种能力。

女生的一个roommate搬走了，她今晚要和其他室友一起面试新室友，可她有个重要的geology study group要参加。第一个方案：去学习小组，相信其他室友能挑选合适的室友;第二个方案：不去学习小组，自己搜集资料，但女生不擅长geology。
Task6
主题是设定规则(procedure)的缺点。第一：削弱了员工的创造力和想象力，比如有了rule以后员工卖衣服不像以前那样尝试用humor去劝服客人了，他们只会按规章工作。第二，这增加了成本——manager制定规则、staff学习规则都需要花费时间成本。
