W6、Reading: 水力发电厂。
1.水能发电厂不需要运燃料，不需要很多operation的fee，很节约很好

3.对动物好，有个fish ladder的装置可以保护鱼类。
Listening:
1，虽然水力发电便宜，但是前期要选址，要建设，这些前期费用一加，根本不便宜啊!
2.可是dam会造成flood，flood使得material都decay了，也产生很多co2，一样不好
3.虽然fish ladder保护了一部分鱼，但是另一部分鱼不能保护啊!举了salmon可以保护，但是英国的一个叫Shade(听音)的鱼就不能保护啦。
W7、Reading: government对一些公司提供incentive的政策(比如减少税收)，来引资。举了三个好处。
1.在那些unemployment比较严重的地区，可以提供就业职位。
2.可以促进该地区的general development.

2.不可能。打了一个学校的比喻。一个学校吸引了很多学生来读书，但是不可能扩展很rapidly,因为缺钱，而缺钱正是因为ZF减少了那些企业的税收。
3.不可能。举了一个例子。一些公司签订了协议要给1万刀的月薪给他的worker，但是事实上只有very few superior得到高薪，大部分人还是只拿average local salary,所以对normal employee一点帮助都没有。
