As far as I am concerned, lack of sleep will affect different people in different aspects. For example, if students do not get enough sleep, they are more likely to be distracted in class. If they cannot concentrate on listening all the time and sometimes even fall asleep on class, their class participation will be affected and they are unlikely to get good grades. Moreover, for those vocations which require high attention and effectiveness, like surgeons, adequate sleep every day becomes particularly important because such work allows no carelessness. Sufficient sleep helps individual relax and recover from a whole day’s hard work. Everyone should try best to get enough sleep to guarantee a good state during day time.
Task 2: 同意白天兼职晚上上课还是晚上兼职白天上课?
Sample Response:
Personally, I prefer studying during day time while doing part-time during the evening. Firstly, most of schools and universities offer classes during the day time. So I have more flexibility to choose the courses that I like. By contrast, if I only study during evening, I could only take classes that are offered during that period which are more limited. Secondly, after sleep for a whole night, we are more energetic and can concentrate better in the morning. So taking courses during the day time can make study more effective and contribute to better academic performance.

1. many students need this kind of help, 大家白天都很忙有class和part-time jobs，晚上online学习很方便
2. 对于graduate student来说也很方便，因为他们住的很远的off campus，不用赶回学校。更多的人愿意做tutor。
