标题：古代人是否domesticate了橡树
阅读：古代人类domesticate了橡树，有三个理由。
1、橡树很好存活，一旦种植好了就不用担心，所以人们会种植它。
2、橡树的果子acorns能够作为一种稳定的食物来源。
3、acorns虽然味道不好，但是通过培育技术可以改变其味道。almond就是一个例子，开始almond味道不好，后来被培育技术改变了。
听力：以上理由都不可信
1、橡树虽然好存活，但是有个缺点。它结果的时间非常长，一般橡树需要40来年才能结果。过去的农民一年就要换一个地方，不可能选择种植橡树。
2、acorns确实是稳定的食物来源，但是它本身含有一种不可食用的物质，吃之前必须反复煮好多遍才可食用。过于人们确实可以存储acorns，但是吃之前却要花费大量精力进行处理，并不现实。
3、almond之所以被改良的味道，是因为导致它难吃的基因只有一种，要消除一种基因很容易。但是，acorns难吃是由多种基因导致的，要消除多种基因需要很多步骤。现代的基因技术可以完成这项技术，但是在古代，要完成这项任务不太现实。
