【名次解释】三大认证
EQUIS的英文全称是European Quality Improvement System (欧洲质量改进体系)，由欧洲管理发展基金(European Foundation for Management Development)发起并运营。
作为一个国际权威机构，EQUIS是从整体来评价认证对象，认证过程非常严谨。就MBA项目认证来说，EQUIS认证时，除要求高等管理教育机构提供证明其在本国内拥有高水平的教学标准的有力证据以外，还要求该机构课程必须高度国际化，学生必须具备全球使命感;除要求机构制订完备的学习计划以外，还要推动商业研究工作;此外，EQUIS认为高等管理教管机构与工商业界之间应密切联系，保持专业理论知识和商业实践之间的平衡。
AACSB，英文全称The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business，中文译作国际精英商学院协会。AACSB成立1916年，是一个由商学院、社团和其他机构组成的非盈利组织，致力于提高和促进工商管理学和会计学高等教育水平，是工商管理和会计学专业学士、硕士、博士等学位项目的首要认证机构。
AMBA于1967年在英国成立，专门从事MBA的质量认证的独立机构。
AMBA认证是针对商学院MBA项目的国际认证体系。AMBA认证注重体现商务和管理实践的发展。AMBA的标准则包括高等管理教育机构整个MBA项目的质量、机构能否独立自主地颁授学位、个人及MBA毕业生雇主是否认同国际MBA认证体系。 AMBA的认证则仅针对被认证高等管理教育机构所提供的MBA学位。
注：三项认证中，AACSB平均认证时间需要5—7年，EQUIS认证需要1-2年，AMBA认证则相对容易多了。从认证难度上和含金量来说，AACSB认证是其他两项认证不能比的，这也是为什么国际商学院把AACSB认证看作是商学院最高荣誉的原因。
